Frustration

Yesterday I managed to keep my eating under control however today (26th) I did terrible. Partially because we went to a late movie & made dinner when we got home. I guess I just hope it’s not too bad when I wake up.

Hehe I’m glad you saw this because I was just going to text you!!!! =D Yes I am very happy I could do it too now to keep it for a week. We are going to the gym today and tomorrow (even though I don’t like going on days that I can’t run I’m going to do it for the sake of starting the new year on the right foot). And something to do other than sit around the house all day.

When I moved to Hawaii December 27th 2010 I was 225lbs and very unhappy where I had let my body go during my undergrad life. Phase 1 or Phase 2??
I have started to run again and I have done Phase 1 - three times already however I am so scared to move on to Phase 2. I fear that my shins are going to act up again and that I’m going to be out of commission but I also feel like Phase 1 isn’t a cardio workout at all.
