My brain won't let me sleep
& I’m not sure why. I didn’t make it to the gym so we just went for a walk (and talked my favorite - I feel so connected and close with my husband when we go for walks).

No wonder I was up constantly last night peeing...
I drank 104oz of water yesterday and 16oz of crystal light!!!!
32oz of water between 8am-12pm, another 32oz from 12pm-4pm. Then went to the gym where I think I drank 24oz or there abouts. Had 16oz (glass) of crystal light with dinner and then had another glass of water post dinner!!! Wowzers!!!!!

Run Thursday
Thursday marks the end of cardio for the week and I like to end it with a real challenge - running!!! I am pretty sure (husband made me run without an iPod) I made it a mile before we stopped to stretch at the light then I made it to the 2 mile mark (we have done this route before just not sure the EXACT points that marks the miles) with only walking briefly for 1min. The 3rd mile is the hardest...

Its Lent and for my family that means no meat Fridays.
