I have always been someone who uses Lent to change habits so this year for lent I will sacrifice junk food and my lack of time (meaning I will make it to the gym 6 days a week). I am going to for 40days eat what is good for my body and follow a stricter diet (I say diet because I am in a need of really getting a few last things out of my regular plan). This year for Lent I am going to better myself because I am doing this. I will also not eat meat on Fridays.
Now that I have told someone that cares I feel that I can do this.
