Today is The Day!

Its Lent and for my family that means no meat Fridays. So I hit up the store tonight before the gym (since going to the store in workout clothes post workout in unacceptable) and bought strawberries, pears, bananas, green beans, carrots, fish, spicy black bean boca burgers?, milk, almond milk, and some chicken. I’m happy with my purchases and now I can take lots of fruit and less Goldfish, Wheatables, and Wheatthins to work with me for snacks.

Tomorrow I have an ultrasound and I hope everything is in place like its supposed to be because that procedure was not fun and I’d hate to have to go through that again. 

Gym —> 32 min elliptical 3.84 miles and 380 calories (according to machine). Also did some bicep curls & few abs. My husband doesn’t understand that he needs to do cardio when I do cardio or we will never be able to workout together because he is done “lifting” by the time I even get to the weights. (he doesn’t have any rhyme or reason when he is lifting he just walks around and does what he wants - instead of focusing on ONE or TWO things while at the gym). UGH nerve wracking. But we had a rough day today as far as married life goes anyways so maybe tomorrow will be better.
